Эффективность и перспективы применения хлореллы

в кормлении поли- и моногастричных животных

Аннотация. Данная обзорная статья представляет собой комплексный анализ актуальных научных данных, касающихся использования микроводоросли Chlorella vulgaris в качестве кормовой добавки в животноводстве. В рамках обзора рассмотрены биологические особенности хлореллы, ее химический состав и питательная ценность, а также технологические аспекты ее культивирования. Основной фокус уделяется влиянию добавок, содержащих хлореллу, на физиологические параметры, продуктивность и качество продукции у различных таксономических групп сельскохозяйственных животных: жвачных (крупный рогатый скот, овцы, козы) и моногастричных (птица, свиньи, кролики). Обобщены результаты многочисленных эмпирических исследований, демонстрирующих дозозависимый и видоспецифичный характер воздействия хлореллы. Показано ее позитивное влияние на процессы пищеварения, иммунный статус, антиоксидантную защиту, репродуктивную функцию, а также на обогащение конечной продукции (молока, мяса, яиц) ценными нутриентами, такими как полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты омега-3, каротиноиды и витамины. Отмечена роль хлореллы в модуляции состава микробиоты желудочно-кишечного тракта и снижении выделения метана у жвачных животных.
