Фитобиотический потенциал лекарственных растений северной Евразии

Аннотация. Бесконтрольное применение антибактериальных препаратов привело к глобальному распространению антибиотико-резистентных штаммов бактерий. В представленном обзоре рассмотрены преимущества применения фитобиотиков по сравнению с кормовыми антибиотиками в животноводстве. Фитобиотики не вызывают формирования устойчивости у микроорганизмов, не накапливаются в тканях животных и положительно влияют на микрофлору кишечника, в том числе поддерживая рост полезных лактобактерий, что в совокупности положительно отражается на продуктивных качествах птицы и сельскохозяйственных животных. Фитобиотики демонстрируют многофакторное действие на организм: прямое подавление патогенов (алкалоиды, терпены, полифенолы нарушают синтез ДНК и целостность мембран бактерий), ингибирование системы бактериальной коммуникации (quorum sensing) и усиление эффективности пробиотиков.  В работе обобщены данные о распространении, фитохимическом составе, биологической активности и опыте использования некоторых лекарственных растений северной Евразии в птицеводстве и животноводстве. Определены перспективы дальнейшей разработки и расширенного применения фитобиотиков в сельском хозяйстве (ввиду различной эффективности и недостаточной изученности механизмов действия), а также принципы их поэтапной разработки (от скрининга in vitro до валидации in vivo). В работе также описаны возможные проблемы в использовании фитобиотиков и возможные пути их преодоления.
