Abstract. Current trends towards the accumulation of heavy metals in the organs of hydrobionts contribute to an increase in interest in the study of the concentration of chemical elements in the muscles of fish and the effect of biological active substances on their content. The purpose of this work was to study the concentration of chemical elements in the muscle tissue of carp (Cyprinus carpio) when biologically active substances are included in the diet of fish. Using the carp model (m=39±1 g), we studied biologically active substances in the diet – vanillin (I experimental) at a dosage of 250 mg/kg of feed, enzyme preparations Amylosubtilin and Glucavamorin (II experimental) at a dosage of 0.5 g/kg of feed and ultrafine particles SiO2 (III experimental) at a dosage of 200 mg/kg of feed for the concentration of chemical elements in the muscle tissue of fish. As a result of the study, it was found that the preparations have a growth-stimulating effect, increasing the mass of fish at the end of the experiment by 7.6% (P£0.05). A decrease in macronutrients was recorded in the experimental group I – potassium and phosphorus levels by 30.7% (P£0.05) and 19.3% (P£0.05), in the experimental group II – calcium by 19.9% (P£0.05). There was a general tendency to decrease essential and conditionally essential trace elements in all experimental groups from 25.6% (P£0.05) to 75.6% (P£0.001). In addition, a decrease in a number of toxic elements was recorded in all experimental groups from 29.6% (P£0.05) to 86.7% (P£0.001), with the exception of cadmium in the I experimental group and tin in the III experimental group, which exceeded the control values by 107.4% (P£0.01) and 35.7% (P£0.05).
