Abstract. The effect of plant-based feed mixtures with different premixes containing organic and inorganic forms of micronutrients on the zootechnical indicators of the SM 9 line of the Smena 9 cross, the morphological indicators of eggs, and the indicators of natural resistance and non-specific immunity was studied. The use of compound feeds with the inclusion of trace elements in their composition in the form of L-asparaginates in the amount of: iron – 3 g; manganese – 12; zinc – 10; copper – 6.25; cobalt – 0.072; selenium – 0.3 g in the form of DAPS-25; 0.1 g of iodine in organic form and 1.15 g of this element in the form of Ca(IO3)2·H2O increased egg production by 7.1%, the yield of hatching eggs by 2.7%, while improving the quality of the shell, natural resistance and nonspecific immunity of meat chickens of the Plymouth Rock breed.

Keywords: meat chickens, productivity, micronutrients, non-specific immunity, resistance indicators, hatching egg yield, nutrients
