Abstract. The article presents studies of a comparative analysis of the amino acid profile of the components of the diet of broiler chickens subjected to extrusion. An analysis of the study of the amino acid composition of the diet components showed that wheat bran prevailed over corn in terms of the concentration in almost all the studied amino acids. The extrusion process contributed to a decrease in the[1] concentration of histidine, valine, serine, lysine, proline and threonine by 28.95; 20; 17.81; 16; 14.9 and 10.72% in wheat bran, however, this process affected corn by an increase in arginine, histidine, proline, alanine by 80; 33; 13; 11% compared to native forms. However, despite this, under extrusion exposure, the predominance of wheat bran over corn was unchanged for all studied amino acids, with the exception of methionine.

Key words: broiler chickens, feeding, extrusion, diet components, wheat bran, corn, amino acid profile
