Abstract. The article presents data on the effect of nitrogen fertilizers and foliar feeding on the elements of crop structure and yield of sweet corn hybrids. Nitrogen fertilizers were applied during pre-sowing cultivation at a dose of N40 using ammonium nitrate (N35.5), urea (N46) and urea in a polymer shell, which creates a prolonged effect with a gradual release of nutrients - Ruscote (N46). Top dressing was carried out both without nitrogen fertilizers and with their application at the onset of the 3-5 and 7-8 leaf phases of corn using the organomineral fertilizer "Polidon Bio Corn", the natural-plant complex "White Pearl Corn + Zn chelate" and the microbiological fertilizer "Geostim Fit Zh". The studies were carried out on a mid-early hybrid bred at the National Grain Center named after PP Lukyanenko – Krasnodar Sugar 280 SV. The use of nitrogen nutrition contributed to an average increase in the number of cobs formed on plants over three years by 7.8 per 100 plants, while foliar feeding increased the number by 4.5, and their combined effect increased the number by 10.9 per 100 plants. The combined use of Ruscote nitrogen fertilizer and Polidon Bio Corn organomineral fertilizer resulted in the highest yield increase in the experiment compared to the control (2.37 t/ha, or 33.3%).
